2023 marks BTUA’s 12th year of training excellence serving the global workplace. Vickie and I have a collective 50+ years of experience and have trained students from 40 countries in prestigious companies & organizations, including British Parliament.
BTUA classes are small – 30 people max. Our students love our intimate, highly interactive and personalized approach. The small size allows us to dive deeply into the trickiest and toughest subjects that assistants are facing every day.
I have a 1:1 conversation with every student weeks before BTUA in order to customize the class to the specific needs of students and executives alike.

The full day 7-hour technology segment of the class is taught by Vickie Sokol Evans who is the trainer to Bill Gates’ team.
