Bonnie Low-Kramen spent 25 years as the Personal Assistant to celebrity couple and Oscar winner Olympia Dukakis and Louis Zorich. Motivated by the lack of resources for assistants, she co-founded New York Celebrity Assistants (NYCA), a professional networking organization for assistants. Bonnie wrote the book on the subject – Be the Ultimate Assistant, A celebrity assistant’s secrets to working with any high-powered employer which is now a best-seller and her articles have been published around the world.
In 2011 she left this dream job to take on a new one of traveling the world teaching, speaking, and consulting. Founder of the Be the Ultimate Assistant workshops, Bonnie is one of the most respected world leaders in the administrative profession. She is at the center of the movement to transform the workplace by focusing on the relationships between executives and assistants. In 2015 she was named Educator of the Year by DEMA, the Domestic Estate Managers Association.
